The plugin works with any theme that already supports bbPress, and it adds own templates for various elements it needs. And, the plugin also comes with the set of templates for use with the bbPress Quantum implement using Dev4Press GD Quantum Theme Pro for bbPress plugin.
The plugin detects which set of templates for bbPress is active, Default or Quantum, and loads stylesheets for the active one and registers templates storages for finding default templates. Also, if the website is using RTL setup, the plugin will load RTL enabled stylesheets. The plugin doesn’t use or loads additional JavaScript files.
The plugin templates and styling have been tested with a wide range of WordPress themes that already support bbPress indirectly or with own templates for bbPress added, and everything was working as expected.
