One of the important elements in working with knowledge base is to better understand how your users are using the content, and what can you do to improve that. The plugin tracks all the users’ views for all posts, it tracks the rating and feedback comments and effectiveness of the search:
- Views – shows the number of posts views over time, and counts of unique users viewing.
- Feedbacks – track helpful, unhelpful and overall rating
- Search – track successful and failed searches and number of clicks
You can filter the results by content time and time period (daily, weekly and monthly resolution).
