Ratings and Feedback
The plugin includes ‘helpful / not helpful’ rating system. For both ratings, you can require from your users to leave the comment and explain why they voted Helpful or Not Helpful. Comment is controlled via plugin settings, and you can enable it for one or both rating responses, and you can make it mandatory.
To make sure proper FAQ view is counted (only when opened by the user), counting is done using AJAX. All gathered statistics can be used in widgets for display and sorting purposes, with functions to show any place really, and it is also displayed on the admin side in the lists of entries and while editing each entry.

And, on the admin side, the plugin includes a Feedback panel where you can see all the comments gathered from users. And, you can also enable email notifications. Whenever someone leaves a feedback comment, an email will be sent to the website administrator with the comment and other important information.
